How do you calculate shipping cost?

  • Shipping rates are calculated by weight and size of the package, and by the distance it will travel.
  • These prices are determined by the shipping carrier and not by us at Nacelle.
  • Shipping price is not included in the price of the figures and will be calculated at check out.
  • Please note international shipping does NOT include VAT, export fees or tariffs. 

What is your processing and delivery time?

  • Processing time refers to the amount of time between us receiving your order and getting it out the door. This is different from delivery time. Due to us being a small team, our processing time is typically 2-10 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • Shipping will be done sequentially according to the order of orders placed.
  • Delivery time is how the amount of time your package will take to get to you once it leaves our facility. Delivery time is determined by the service and carrier you select at checkout.
  • Priority/Expedited shipping selections does not guarantee faster processing time.

My order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, when will I get my order?

  • Orders containing multiple items, including pre-order items, will be held until the pre-order item becomes available and shipped together.
  • Your order will not be split into different shipments.
  • Please note that pre-order items are typically available 2-5 days after the release date due to shipment transit times, often from overseas.
  • The release date or available shipping date can be changed at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
