Refund Policy

Pre-Order Policy: By purchasing the product above you have agreed to the pre-order terms and conditions

  • Terms & Conditions: All product pre-orders are made final upon completion of payment. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded any time after purchase has been processed.
  • Please note that if your order includes both in-stock & pre-order items, that they will be shipped once all products are in stock.
  • Pre-order products can only be returned upon receipt if the product is damaged on arrival.

In Stock items: Given that we are a new company building its inventory, refunds can only be offered for items damaged upon delivery. We do not accept exchanges or offer store credit at this time. 

  • Conditions for refund: Item arrives damaged, damaged was not inflicted after product was removed from original packaging.  
  • Please contact shop@nacellecompany.com for refund issues & questions. 
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

Orders with Pre-Order items and In Stock Items: If your order has both pre-order and in stock items, your entire order will be shipped once we have ALL items on hand. Your order will not be split into different shipments.
